Big Pete is a creative visionary and versatile Music Producer/Recording Artist/DJ based out of Phoenix, AZ. His signature sound is foundationally funk based featuring an out-of-the-box production style that is as unique as it is versatile. His west coast vibe converges analog synthesizers, clever drum programming, gut wrenching bass drops, crispy funk claps, creative sampling techniques and a deep library of crate digging knowlege. Big Pete puts the pen to the paper with a storytelling writing style and flow touching topics of everyday life, laced with clever metaphors, innuendos and humor sprinkled with a touch of spanglish! He brings a feel good party vibe for the kickback, Mobb slaps for the ride, uptempo bangers for the club DJ and smooth R&B joints for the ladies or just to chill to. He produces his own beats from the ground up from concept to completion, performs all instrumentation, writes his own lyrics, records his own vocals, engineers the entire recording process and is a killa on wax, performing all of his own scratches!
